Batter Mixing System

Batter mixing is the basic process for baking. MEC batter mixing system made of stainless steel, consists of a batter mixer and a batter trolley and a batter pump. The pump conveys the finished batter from the mixer into the trolley, then transferred to a holding tank, from where a second pump conveys it on to the baking machine. The tank is equipped with filling level meters. You can easily integrate the batter mixing system into your production line thanks to the flexible design.
